The signal strength is so poor that when it works I feel that the gods have blessed me. When you try and contact their customer service representatives it is simply the worst experience I have had ever when dealing with these operators.
Not only do they come across as uneducated but also lack any problem solving nature. Yes they will speak in english but even in english they will tell you very nicely that the problem it either from your end or not fixable. By no means these operators back the claims of the company’s advertisements. When I stayed in mumbai, this was the problem and even in delhi this is the problem. Waste of money. This is not a 1 start it is 0 star. Save yourself from a bad deal.
