This broadband service is not worst but if you are using it than may be you have to face some problem with this broadband.
some time there is failure of connection and that could be long time. becuase the service and the line man take so time for prepare.
CC is good but not full setisfaction with the costumer care.
may be you have to wait 1 or 2 days to resolve your problem.
if you face a problem today they will say that you have to wait for 48 hour to resolve your problem and after 2 or 3 days you have problem again than you again have to wait for 48 hours its really very irritating.
speed is good if your internet is working properly but I don’t think its very good in service. docomo need to improve their service.
