It seems like Docomo is running short of money and have started looting peoples by deducting money from the account randomly.
This is indeed the worst customer service I have ever came through. This totaly unbearable!
Avoid Tata Docomo.
It was good in early days, but now you people test our patience. within two weeks of time I had to call customer care to three times for deactivating the unwanted VAS services. and many times these people wont take the call. and they have stole about Rs 100 from account activating different VAS without my consent which is still not refunded Please do the needful kindly assist me how to port this number "THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR SERVICE"
