TATA DoCoMo Mobile Service is awesome. Some of my friends who were with other SP’s and were making fun of me have migrated and now using Tata DoCoMo since some of their SP’s were forced to shut down their operations and some are charging exorbitantly high rates.
What I liked about TATA DoCoMo was it’s 1 Second Plan. They are the first in India as far as I remember to introduce this offer and it was a instant hit since you play only for what you use/speak which was later followed by other SP’s and they do not have complex plan structure. Initially they were even giving Full TT for all Recharges but not anymore but still it is good for the fact you get Full TT for 150, 199, 222, 250 etc to name some popular packs.
What makes it even more interesting is with 222 pack, you get 1/2 paise second billing for 1 month which is otherwise a Special Pack you need to charge for this Rate Cutter.
With Rs.250 plan, you even get 2 GB Internet Usage FREE for a month and it is a boon for Mobile Users like me. Both 222 and 250 gives you Full TT on top of this and so it is like Double Dhamaka.
Once money was deducted from my a/c without my knowledge. I complained to their Customer Care and overnight I got the money credited back to my a/c. Kudos to Tata DoCoMo. I would always stay loyal to you.
