Whats wrong with you guys at TATA Docomo/TATA Photon? You have been doing some sort of upgradation for nearly 1 month+, and you have been inconveniencing all your customers as well! What sort of IT guys/nincompoops do you have, who undertake an upgradation for this long a time?
The less said the better for the Customer Care - absolute idiots to the core, only give you the same old "sorry for the same." crap, and make you waste your time doing temporary settings on your photon device, which DO NOT work as well.The team leads are cowards, who refuse to face the customers as well!
I think I made a mistake by telling my family members about it. Looks like, we will be porting out soon.
