A big NO

Hello friends,


My docomo number was 9041004266 and was postpaid num. I used this number for 3-4 months. I was so fed up with their service and plans that I broke the simcard in the end.


Network was good but at some places it gets deviated or interrupted. My plan that I decided was of 298 per month, but when my bil came for 1st time , it came for rs 381. When I asked them about this they said my billing cycle is of 350 rs and other is tax. I decided to reduce my plan but they refused to do this and said they will do it after 3 months. I waited for 3 months and then decided to change pack but they denied that it wont happen unless you raise complsint by email . I was like then why are you here in the store and what is customer service is for. Than I decided to disconnect my number but for that too I had to make many calls to consumer service and have to email 4 times. Their consumer service is very bad .
