I brought this sum card in january. I enabled it to 3G. The network in the bangalore city is not well. I always facing the problem to use this. While am buying this sim card they offered me many plans for 81/- but not all working.
Everywhere we can find the boards of tata docomo with alla india 1/2 paise per second no terms and conditions. . but am charing for the first call in a day as double for std calls. While am using tge net it suddenly changes from 3g to 2g. I tried to call customer care. They lift the phone when explains about the problem they wont give any reply.
Suddenly the connection will disconnect. I am requesting them to solve the technical problems. We are paying more money for the offers . but not at all satisfying with their service.
