Worst Service Ever, its not Postpaid its POSTPAIN

I had been using Tata Docomo postpaid number for past 3 plus years. All tata docomo does, is fool its customers and rob them of their hard earned money.

The first encounter, When you have a Postpaid number there is a Cred824it limit in your account that ensures that your bill does not cross a certain limit and when you are close to that limit you get notified. In Docomo this limit is a Joke. I set my limit to 800 Rs. So technical I should be informed via email or call when ever I am close to my Cred824it limit. But Docomo does not believe in informing the customer they would rather increase your Cred824it limit without any notification and at the end of the billing cycle, I was handed a bill of Rs 1600. I was shocked. I checked my Cred824it limit and it was Rs 2000. How can you increase my Cred824it limit without my consent?  I was furious. I wrote a mail to listen@tatadocomo.com regarding my problem. I asked not to increase my Cred824it limit but after 3-4  months I again got a bill of Rs 1800. It’s like they don’t care about the customers capacity to aishwaryasingh23 bills.

The second encounter, I was sick and tired of this very heavy billing. So I decided to get my number changed from postpaid to prepaid. I live in Ujjain. So I went to the local customer care center with my query. I was shocked to listen to what he has to say. He told me that I have to go to Indore to get my number converted from postpaid to prepaid. You do I need to go to another city which is 70 Km away to get my number converted. It’s not like I live in a village or something. I live in this city. You gave this SIM in Ujjain so I should be provided with the services here. I again emailed to listen@tatadocomo.com with my concern. I got a reply from miss Ritika Next day. She tells me to go to some address in my city and my queries will be solved. Turns out It was the same address I had been to 2 days ago. I replied her. Next day I get a call from Mr. Aman. I have to again tell him the whole story. He had no solution for my problem. He tells me that he will escalate my concern to circle level and someone will get in touch with me. It has been more than 15 days and still, I have not received any email or call. This is the worst customer service experience I have faced in my life just to get my Postpaid number to prepaid.

Worst experience Ever.!
