CUSTOMER CARE EXE DOES NOT HAVE MANNERS TO TALK

Dear All Readers,


I would like to inform that NEVER call to Tata DOCOMO Customer Care service. Even I suggest you to just change this operator itself.


Here are the details for the BUSY docomo Officers IF they are reviewing the customer care RECORDINGS and have TIME to look at their customer care service and IF want to improve that.


I called yesterday night 1 Mar 2014 at 12:36 AM from Rajkot Gujarat at 1860-266-5555.


Your operator cannot answer my simple question about activating a service called Buddynet. The call has been transferred to his MANAGER Named AJIT PARMAR.


HIS WORDS WERE "chal phone rakh". IS THIS THE WAY YOU ARE TALKING WITH YOUR CLIENTS / ARE WE FOOLS? WHAT YOU UNDERSTAND BY YOUR SELF? WE CANNOT EXPECT A MANAGER CAN TALK LIKE THIS!


[Dear docomo officers, I am not lying, you can just check the recording.]


I kindly advise all the readers to keep your family member away from calling the Customer Care OR STAY AWAY FROM USING DOCOMO.
