I had been a loyal customer with Tata Docomo till I found out their rigid ways of working, improper billing, increasing Cred824it limit without customer consent and most importantly, absolutely zero service and signal in even the most major areas of Bangalore. I finally discontinued service on my number 8XXXXXXXXX and went with a more reliable operator. Now, they have taken more than 2 months and are yet to refund the excess amount I have paid. Their mail id listen@tatadocomo.com will not listen to customers and will do as they please. Despite my multiple mails on address change with valid proof and requesting them to refund, they find reasons and excuses to delay. No wonder they are losing customers and have no market share
