Network is worst infact the worst. I was in assumption of that this was one among best but sadly its a big no. They have opted out few cities and given der networks. Once u go out of city your phones will be of no use. Such is network connectivity. After 4g being sensation thy have sticked on with old horse 3g with whooping prices. Thats even worse.
Customer service also sone times thy irritate u a lot. I had my prepaid connection abd once of all network was nill, when enquired I got a irresponsible answer saying that it will be ok by one month or else it should be converted to postpaid. Without any option I went to the postpaid. This is really disgusting
Charges and bill are raised evry three months with postpaid bills it is like slight changes and u wil not bother to question but thy mint in huge bulk.
Dont know how this company survived after so much changes in telecom operators.
