Hi friends, I was using Tata docomo about 4 years. It was one of the best network with less charges as compared to other networks.
But an year back they stopped upgrading its service due to which I was unable to take advantage of from and while all the networks keeps on reducing the price, but Tata docomo didn’t reduce the price they didn’t care about me.
After some weeks I felt network fluctuations due to which I was not able to use its services.
I called Docomo customer care they said it’s and temporary problem and will be solved within few day. I waited for week their where regular fluctuation of network.
And finding no other way I was forced to change my network. Docomo should have been upgrading its customer service. Also upgrade its network facility.
