I am using tata photon/indicom services since 2007 for Punjab circle num- 9216253095. I am having 5 working number including two mobile and 3 photon plus. There was little problems with customer care representatives and their service. But bill was almost as expected.
But since last two months, i am getting unexpectedly excess bill for internet usage. I complaint many times but everytime they gave me one date for resolution of my problem and closed my complaint without any reason and resolution. Now they want me to pay the bill or they will suspend my services.
They are cheaters and just promise for satisfactory resolution of service but never solve any problem.
I don’t know whom to approach for this problem.
