Recently I went to customer care outlet in Bangalore Malleswaram. I gave request to convert from postpaid to prepaid. After one week it didnt get converted, so went again to same outlet to check again. When I asked why my service request is not resolved, they are behaving as if they dont have any relation with my complaint and I have to follow up with customer care. If they are not there to help us what is the use of having outlet.
