I am the Docomo customer for the past 20yrs as a prepaid customer, but now a days Tata docomo services appointed fake customer representative, they used to call the prepaid paid customers to change to Post paid, and they will tell you the offers like anything, but please don’t believe them and don’t provide your details, in the month end you will get a surprise shock, they offered me 249 rs package, not the bill came as 1300 Irs, After calling so many times to customer services, then sending mails, and also they introduced a App(thru that also) but no one will give proper response. so I would like to inform you that please better go to different good service providers instead of Tata docomo Post paid.
