I am Rajni from Uttarakhand I am using docomo data card .Unfortunately I lost my connection on 29th of April’ 14. As a security purpose I called to TATA DOCOMO customer service the problem is first the did not pick customer call in a first call after 2hrs somebody picked my phone. I registered my compliant to him/her to stop my data card connection as soon as possible.
They said mam your connection has been blocked within 2hrs. I asked to customer care now its permanent blocked they said yes is it. They said now its permanent block you could not received any bills regarding the payment etc. After this they are still sending me bills regarding the amount, If I never used your connection so how could they asking me for pay those amount.
The company could not send me any kind of hard copy bills .I have only one pending amount in TATA @888/- rs only I was out of my town & my agenda was very busy. I told to customer care I will pay your amount when I will come in my town because there is no activity in my data connection. I tried so many time to paid there amount in tata website but there were so many formalities & I don’t have time to fulfilled all formalities.
They sent me wrong bill every month regarding the payment if I refused to pay this amount so they filed a case against me regarding the amount just only Rs.888/- in “TEES HAZARI COURT” how dare this company do this kind of behavior in there own clients. They kept unprofessional staff in there customer center. They assured me we blocked your connection within 2hrs they assured me we could not send any bills. Why the want extra payment if I did not use that connection.
We also file a case in Consumer forum. When I took this connection there agent taken me 200/- rs commission to start my connection. I was great fan of TATA & I always recruitment to my friends stop all connection take TATA connection. I also had Tata, phone, connection & car but now I tell to everyone do not take TATA connection. Idea & Vodafone company better than your company they respect there clients. They do not filed any case against there clients just only for 888/- Worst customer care service. Do not recruitment to TATA.
