Selling the Tata name for a disgrace

Dear Mr. Tata and Tata-Docomo CEO, including all high managers:


I am a new customer to Tata Docomo, and right from my very early memory, I always respected the Tata


name. But, it seems things are changing and Tata too comes in the crowd of ordinary, indifferent and insensitive companies of our countries. I have to write all this because I am regretting to believe in the brand Tata.


I got my new number 720 about six month ago.




  • Within two months, I lodged a complaint for poor network in my locality. And even today, it’s all the same.




There are two more complaints for the same problem; which never got resolved.




  • Which company in our country has a customer care where you never get to talk to anyone!




Today, I suffered this with you, sir; For whole day, there was no one to listen to my problem with "All our executives are busy" message.


That’s so pathetic that I am thinking of filing a complaint in consumer court.




  • I get a SMS saying that I’d get world-cup cricket score updates, and would be charge Rs.5 every day for that.




I never asked for it. Now, if I try to unsubscribe: The given number 155223 says I have no subscription.


When I check with your customer care: well, you were busy with others, I called nine times in a day and got the same message. So, actually it’s similar to snatching money from my pocket, which I call "cheating". It’s a shame for Tata brand and a huge dent to your reputation. And, again proved me wrong that my bad experience with Tata Sky was a one-off.


It’s great to see that I have mobile number portability and also, I’d make sure that NO one gets in to the trap of a revered but non-existent reality.
