By mistake I have used TATA DOCOMO for one month, and I realized it’s a big mistake. I never felt as if I am using it’s services, because there is least network coverage of TATA DOCOMO for a city like PUNE. I am wondering about its future in India.
Also, the tariff are attractive; however, you will get numerous fault charges that will amount to a minimum of 500 INR even if you are not using it. The call center agents are pathetic, no matter what language you are selecting in the IVR, the call opening will be in a different language, they don’t talk properly and give any abrupt solutions without listening to you properly. It sounds as if they have a standard template.
Having a SIM card of TATA DOCOMO in your mobile is always disturbing, all day long you will receive their useless marketing messages beeps which is useless, useless because, they don’t have network all. The broadband services are the worst ever experienced, you cannot use that SIM card for a download which is more than 300 MB since it keeps disconnecting frequently and you have to restart the download altogether, waste of DATA pack and waste of money.
BSNL Broadband is far better than TATA Docomo, the net will remain connected unless and until my laptop is not going on a standby. TATA DOCOMO, the worst ever services experienced in India. It is doing business somehow, just because of its brand.
