Ive been using the Tata Docomo T24 Sim services for about 4 years now. Ive came across many technical issues regarding their network, billing and customer care services.
Primarily, Docomo offers poor network range around my residential area. Switching on/off the airplane mode hardly gives one stick on the range bar. Even, 3G/2G internet provided by Tata Docomo hardly gains maximum of 150 kbps speed. They cost around 0.6rs to send a text which is quite costly.
They offer the worst customer care services. The staff doesnt know how to respond to techincal problems and lack fluency in English.
It would be of great help if they start rectifying their network and upskilling their customer care employees.
