I AM TATA DOCOMO USER SINCE LAST 3 YEARS BUT IT IS THE WORST SERVICE THAT I HAVE BEEN EXPERIENCED IN LAST THREE YEAR. THEY ARE DEDUCTING OUR BALANCE FOR WITHOUT ANY PROPER REASON AND "CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES ALSO ALWAYS BUSY IN ANOTHER CALLS" THEN WHOM SHOULD WE COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS? NOW I HAVE DECIDED TO CHANGE OPERATOR, AND I AM SUGGESTING ALL TO DO THE SAME BECAUSE I KNOW THIS PROBLEM IS FACED BY ALL THE CUSTOMERS. GO FOR ANOTHER MOBILE OPERATOR AND PREFERABLY "VODAFONE, IDEA, OR AIRTEL".
