Tata docomo cheats to sell.
This is to inform you that i have been cheated by your tata docomo companies representative. When i had called him for a demo at my house which is on 22/2/2012 i was pretty convinced with the product and was planning to buy an prepaid plan but the sales person name:- dilip mobile no:- 9221340006 showed us a beautiful plan saying that you activate a billing plan and get 3 month free postpaid and before the third month end i will get it changed to prepaid.but i already got a bill in 2 month and the worst part is that sales person mobile is coming switch off.
Calling to your customer care they don’t know how to talk. There voice tone was worst i have ever heard. Seriously speaking this is not the right way to sell your product. You have cheated me i will not let my friends to be cheated.if you are seriously there to help please listen i am not going to pay this bill. And kindly convert it to a prepaid plan. I am ready to pay the recharge money.as i am happy with the product.
I hope my complain is heard and acted upon.
