Few days ago, I have approached tata docomo brand store located in Tolichowki (Hyderabad) to port my other provider connection to them. They asked you want a postpaid or prepaid connection for mnp and I told them I want to be a prepaid customer. Those idiots bluntly told me - If you want post paid mnp sim, we are ready to give. We will not accept prepaid customers. These words of the store incharge can say that they are having prepaid sims but they are not ready to accept prepaid customer. As there was no use of arguing with them, I walked out of showroom. Same day evening, I have approached their Hydernagar Brand Store, they told that they are not having blank prepaid mnp sims and will be in stock on or after 1.3.2014 and suggested if you want, you can visit Chandanagar store. As suggested by them, I have called them on said date and they didn’t attend my call.
After trying multiple times to call them (on different days), I have visited the Chandanagar brandstore. They too asked postpaid or prepaid. As usual I said prepaid. Same answer given by them too. No stock and CAN"T SAY WHEN THE SIMS WILL BE IN STOCK. They are not ready to accept the mnp applications for prepaid connection and THEY ARE UNCARING FOR CUSTOMER.
