I use docomo for last 3.5 - 4 year as secondary network or second option only because of its cheaper recharge offers.It gives always best offers like full talk time in only Rs22/- without any validity, 1GB net only in Rs61/- for 30 days and also low cost power plus offers.But it’s signal strength is very week that in city areas it have no network in some places, ignoring this problem its internet speed is so slow that it can make you so irritate.You may spend a little for that but also can’t be able to get that value of your money when need.But if you use this only for talking then it gives you a good value of your money as I use this sim.Also it refunds if any balance wrongly deducted against any service activation after complaint to customer care.It’s customer care also behaves friendly with customers.
