Hello everyone, I am having a dual sim smart phone and I am using tata docomo since 4 years back. I had faced many problem’s with this sim car like network problem’s and customer service not good.
> there was always a problem with it’s network as there wont be a signal and whenever someone call’s us we wont get a call and because of network problem we could even not call the person as there wont be any network.
> customer service was sometime’s ok and sometime’s not at all appreciable.
>charge’s and rates were also high as specially for data connection.
