I made a mistake by opting for Tata Docomo. My Postpaid connection contact no is 8125001500 taken on 4th August by giving complete details like ID Proof, Address Proof to their executive. This is the second time I did the verification about my identity and address where I stay as earlier they did same mistake of not sending my ID and Address details to H.O. To my utter dismay.
I had received SMS from them stating that my verification is not done and needs to be done in 48 hours or else my number would be disconnected. When I called to customer care:121 to check about this, they ask me to submit verification details again. When I raised my voice on call with customer care, those idiots threatened me that they "WOULD DISCONNECT THE CALL AS WELL AS MY POSTPAID CONNECTION." These dumbheads dont know anything about politeness and empathy while handling irated customer (which I can resolve if hired as Quality Analyst). His reply was as if I like called to Tata Docomo to pass my time.
I didnt know that a reputed company like Tata Docomo doesnt teach their staff how to behave with customers. Im being harassed to run for 15 Kms all the way to their H.O at Nampally to give my verification details over there. They are not ready to refund the money paid rs.850 (collected within 2 Mins after visiting hub) for connection on the same spot by telling that it would be done in 40 days via cheque sent by Ratan Tata or Cyril Mystry(Pun Intended) from their bank account.
My Questions:
1)Why are their hiring incompetent people for looking after verification or handling their hubs.
2)Why are they harassing People by sending these kind of SMS even though its a mistake on their part.
Please dont opt for this ghatiya service for Gods Sake.
