I had being using Tata Docomo postpaid before 1 month and it is the worst mobile operator I had ever seen because of the following points:
NETWORK: Tata Docomo’s network are very week guys, the internet was very low and I had to go on rooftop of my house to get a internet speed so that my what’sapp can run normally. It is very difficult to for me to go there everytime to get a good networks.
CUSTOMER SERVICES: Only the customer service of the Tata Docomo operator is over average but only for changing the caller tune. On the other field its customer service is worst.
CHARGES AND BILLING: The charges are as similar as the Jio operator but there is no any profit shown after giving similar charges as Jio because Jio gives us overall best performance with good customer service. So, I prefer you to not use Tata Docomo service until they will not make efforts to prevent there faults.
