Hello evrybody.I am ruthuja.Today I am here to share my bad experience on using tata docomo network.
Poorest network ever seen! First of all they give no network.in that the network varies from area to area.it gets even more poor.at first they try to attract customers by giving more offers while buying the sim.But later when you start using it .you will not get network at all.
And they add value added services without our subscription and cut the amount from our balance.Later they will never take responsibility for cutting the money! This is really bad!
The customer service executives first of all will not pick the calls.even if they pick, they will not refund the money back! Somehow they need a reason to take off our money! Dats really bad docomo! Really annoyed!
