Recently I had a very bad experiance with docomo as It started a week or two back that my internet had stopped working and so I had called the customer care to fix this issue. They gave me a fix and promised the my 3g would work soon after. But to my regret these were all false promises and my internet was still not working, and so I decided to call the customer care again to ask for a fix. they mentioned I had to do the same process yet again and when said I had already tried that and now I had raise a complaint regarding the same they just refused to, and cut the call on me. This is really not about the money I lost on this 3g recharge but more cause of the name of the great man their actions are starting to taunt.really very bad from docomo
