Have been facing problem with the GPRS facility in TATA Docomo Handset since the last one month. everytime after attend a few calls, the GPRS stops functioning and then I have to restart my handset for it to function again. there are other people in my office with DOCOMO connections facing the same problem.
i have called the customer care 3 times, put a complaint on the website. everytime, the resolution time was extended by a week, still no solution. During a call to the customer care today, the agent disconnected the call in between when he couldn’t provide a solution. I have also tried to get in touch with the DOCOMO representative for our corporate connection, but he hasn’t also replied.
i am charged 100 rs per month for the GPRS connection, when the truth of the matter is that it hardly functions most of the time.
