How cheap can any coustomer service can go, Tata Docomo is an ideal example. The plans are looting and the services are drastically poor.Selected a postpaid plan of 600 and getting bills of 2000-2500 without much specification or any notification.They fail in every aspect of service providers. There is absolutely no point calling the help center and asking for our quires because solution provided keeps the quires unresolved.The billing cycle is worst with excess data charges without notifying the customer. They charge upto 1Rs per mb after the selected plan is completely exhausted, and this gets worse everytime you use it.The plans are expensive with respect to other operators. Stopped using this after a trail of four months.I would recommend not to use this network operator at any condition never ever.
