All about Docomo!!! Must read

I am from Karnataka... I dislike just everything of Docomo!!! I am Docomo’s customer since 5 years, have used 2g and 3g both. Now the problems are just increasing!!! No proper network. The mobile shows full 3g network but every 3 hours I get an alert saying that I have 3-4 missed calls. Which never showed on my screen. And about internet; 2g ya 3g both gets disconnected from time to time.


There’s no uniformity. For internet to connect I have to restart my mobile so that it establishes connection again and messages. I am unable to send them with ease. They have to be checked time to time whether they have been sent properly or not.


About customer care: Poor. Worst. Whenever angry they transfer to some seniors who never feel the need to receive the call and we have to wait for them for about 1 hr but also they never turn up..


Fearing for battery drain. U yourself have to cut ur call. When u again try to call customer care, they will never let u connect more than once in one day. It is the worst mobile operator I have ever seen.


Guys!!! To avoid headache... Pls don’t ever think of Docomo.
