Im so pissed of with this f*in network that I feel like going to the consumer court against them.
By whatever amount I recharge to reduce the call charges I never get the benefits instead it keeps on increasing every time. Calling the customer care is a pain in the a*, they never answer your call, you keep on holding for an hour to hear their bullshit responses.
Its hard to believe that this comes from a TATA family. Shame on you!
