I was using tata docommo(mobile number 8143026749 not in service now)unlimited STD & Local calls plans of Rs 899 /. Which I took for the purpose of talking with my fiancee and I was using this connection only for calling her. Now after uses of 4-5 months Docommo has stopped outgoing services from my number saying that I am using it for corporate purpose which was incorrect. Now since docommo has stopped outgoing services from my number then I called their customer care on same day(around 26 or 27 Sep 2013) and asked them why they have stopped my outgoing services and they said the same it is being used as a corporate so we can not resume your outgoing services so I told them that iwas only talking with my family member and talking family member is comes under corporate plans then please disconnect my connection and deduct the out standing from my security deposit check of rs 1000 which I have given at the time of taking this connection because if I won’t be able to call to my fiancee and family member then there is no use of this connection and paying every month 1000 Rs(approx including service taxes).
But Docommo still didn’t stop billing the me and at the end of next month I got the call on my secondary number and he asked me to pay 2078 Rs outstanding amount. I got surprised! I asked why 2078 Rs? They said its bill for two months I said you already disconnected my number in the middle of second month then and I also requested for the termination on the same day then why you still generated bill for next month? They said even though outgoing service is stopped you have to pay for whole month. Then I again requested him that Sir I didn’t use your services after you stopped out going facility on my number also I requested for disconnection on same day but nobody listened me. Now they have started calling me everyday making me mentally disturb then I reached to Tata Docommo branch and register a complain regarding this issue but still you denied and asked me to make payment for Rs 2078.
Now I got a message from your side saying that Tata Docommo is going to file case against me in LOK Adalat for the payment due of Rs 3078 which is again wrong as per your record also it should be 2078 Rs. I got the same message from your side twice then I called your customer care on 11 Dec 2013 and explained the same thing then they asked me to pay 1000 rs after deducting the 1000 rs from security deposit mean total approx 2000 Rs. I declined to pay thousand rupees more because I wanted the waive off for second month bill which I have not used.
Till this time I was harassed in following way:
My unlimited calling plan connection was stopped at the time when I was having the need of it very much and because of your disconnection I had paid approx 5000 rs on recharging my phone and my fiancee phone to continue talking.
I am being mentally harassed by Tata docommo customer care since last two month every day or at least twice or thrice a week by calling me and asking me to clear outstanding which I don’t owns.
I am getting SMSs from Tata docommo for filling a case against me in Lok Adalat for payment due of Rs 3078. which is absolutely wrong as per your record also it should be 2078 Rs.
Because of these above reasons I am not able to do my routine work properly these all thing are giving me headache. I just want to get rid of these all things and want the waive off for second month bill which was charged wrongly and deduct the remaining amount from my security deposit. Also send me the connection disconnected document.
Looking forward to resolve this issue ASAP.
