I had recharged for 126 internet pack on 18/01/13 through a vendor. I received the recharge message, but so far till now my net is not working.
When I contacted customer care they replied in a very negligent manner, and asked me to change some settings and restart my phone.
When I tried calling them again I was not able to call them beyond 2 times a day. Today morning again I contacted the customer care and registered my complaint.
My complaint no is 2012336279, yet I have not received any support so far.
