Friends, humble request just go through the post and help me how to file a consumer court case against tata docomo/indicom.
this is a direct copy paste from facebook where i entered this post just now on tata docomos page for people to see how they are. they deleted my first post, so i entered it again.
so you are guys are good at deleting the posts, too. what a bunch of bloody liars, dishonest and crook people. instead of resolving it, instead of letting people know about it and in turn pushing yourself to improve, you deleted my post. i will keep posting jab tak hai jaan.

guys, never ever opt for tata docomo/indicom. i have been facing multiple issues. have contacted phone support, chat support, sent emails to listen@tatadocomo.com, to nodals and even appellate.kk@tatadocomo.com.
They are a pathetic bunch of support and some issues are pending since April with no resolution, never any follow ups and even their appellate people call you names on the phone.
Here is a copy of an email i sent to their team today and cant describe in words how horrible, mentally harassing and appalling their level of support is.

Forward your seniors phone numbers/email addresses at the earliest. no beating about the bush regarding this.
I want to know if your calls are monitored because of the way you were talking and frustrated me and mentally harassed me on the phone. i want your higher management to hear the way you speak with the customers. it was the worst and the rudest call support i ever received from any company considering it was appellate.
I want to report to even higher authorities because your phone/chat/nodal/appellate support is useless. so many issues have been pending and one being pending since April and finally, i had to give up because of your lethargic attitude.
Your support replied on sunday that you will call within 2 working days. today it is Wednesday, that is "third day". are you educated enough to understand what is the difference between within 2 days and on the third day? what is the reason behind the delay? i would really like to know.

Moreover, regarding the screenshot, you claim on the phone call not to have been able to find out the RC60 for rs. 53 talk time and 150 std minutes plan for my no. open your eyes and get the minutes credited to my account "asap".
Now dont come back to me saying i said 250 minutes. i cannot remember your crappy plans but you could also have informed over the phone that you see rather 150 std minutes for rc 60 and not 250. i did mention RC60. but you were not willing to help, were you?

Waiting for these std minutes to be credited then i would discontinue your connection never ever to return to tata docomo/indicom ever ever.
i have all the email communications of the previous issues that was going on since April with appellate and i am really open to go to consumer court after your harassing behavior after todays call.
