I migrated from Airtel to TATA(A/c No. 909743902) in Sep 2011 as postpaid user and my first bill was of Rs. 967.57 with the dynamic credit limit of Rs. 800.00. I was informed to make immediate payment. I made the payment and also deposited Rs. 2000.00 to enhance my credit limit. Next month I received a bill of Rs. 1, 701.71 with dynamic credit limit of Rs. 2, 800.00.
Now I migrated from TATA to idea and have been denied the deposit amount as I could not produce the receipt. I brought this into the notice of customer care representative that why within one month my credit limit was increased by Rs. 2, 000.00. The representative told me that it was company policy.
Well, I never came across such policy that within one month credit limit is increased by Rs. 2, 000.00
