Tata has been a shining name in India for almost the three centuries but some of its products are just for the sake and Tata Docomo is one of them.
Talking about its ’Network Coverage’, I am just unable to understand that why Tata who has one of the biggest infrastructure and financial powers, is unable to give a reasonable network coveraging in this product.This product is ruining the day to day activities by its disgusting network coverage. For me, I think it has got the biggest percentage of Call drops.
Now if I talk about its ’Customer Service’, its more pathetic. its just like that the only work given to them is just to distribute the sims and the work aftermath is being gone in the ditch. I haven’t remembered when my problems got sorted out by them. Their dull and annoying behaviour is out of control.
In terms of ’Charges and Billings’ , it is showing average performance because some of its plans are attractive but the fault is they are not with the market’s demand and in this area they are lacking. Some plans are too senseless and showing that the company is having the lack of survey of the market and lack of competitiveness.
Overall, Tata Docomo- Not a good choice.
