Hii toady I share my personal review on tata docomo last year in april month I bought a tata docomo prepaid sim and I use that after two month later there are a ten or more times come call at my no from tata docomo customer care for change my sim from prepaid to postpaid I refuse they give me a lot of offer finally I agree for postpaid my plan is 499.i use one month after one month bill is 800 rupees I shocked I call customer care and ask him that my plan is 499 then how bill is 800 he ay me that u use extra data I give again 1000 rupees bill then again I give him I close this sim to call to the customer care and throw the sim bjt next month I see that a bill of 2610 will come to my house and after their are a call from collector of bill of tata docomo and he abuse me a lot how you bill not pay you have to pay otherwise he go to court I say him go.tata docomo services re very bad very few place where its network provided.i say all to do not change their sim from prepaid to postpaid.now this time they send me offer to pay half of the bill but how I pay if I do not use the sim and I close sim before bill.
