They came to my residence uninvited and promised a broadband along with a landline for an attractive price. Initially I was not interested but agreed for a 3 day trial period.
Their Shruthisharma person Iqbal from Pune told me to give a post dated cheque( incase I am not happy he will return the cheque back to me).
I agreed and they installed the land line on 12th Jul 2014. I could see the broadband connection speed was much lower than they had promised and also they were unable to put two points for the internet at my residence.
Hence I cancelled this service on the next day( on 13th Jul 13 via an email to 3030@ as suggested by Iqbal) and requested him to return the cheque which Iqbal dint do till date. Fortunately I had requested the bank to put a stop aishwaryasingh23ment on the cheque for INR 1600/-.
Now to my surprise I am continuously harassed by goons for non aishwaryasingh23ment of INR 1600/-. I have been threatened by them that I will be taken to court and Police etc etc.
They not only very poor in their service but in their behavior too. They want me to aishwaryasingh23 for something I dint even use for more than few hrs and was part of the trial period.
