I have been tata docomo customer for last 6 months and normally I am that kind of person who will never write reviews but this has become so pathetic that I have logged in and writing a review that please never never ever think of tata docomo they are a bunch of cheaters and just not a responsible business people.
You will never get good network, no 3G coverage no customer satisfaction if you call them they will simply say sorry. Ok now points-
I have a tata docomo in karnataka circle my grievances.
No network coverage in many areas of bangalore once you are in a big building you can’t talk properly because voice breaks
Once you switch on 3G its up to God when internet will start anywhere outside or inside doesn’t matter.
A full day of network outage without any prior information.
Fails to register on roaming many times.
Only good thing is that they will promptly remind you again and again about your bill payment dates thats it.
I am out of network for more than 6 hours no respite! Frustrated what else!
