There cant be a bigger fraud telecom service provider in India than Tata Docomo! This is not just a disgruntled customer, but a top management executive working in a Telecom equipment manufacturing MNC. I took a Tata Docomo prepaid phone connection 6 months ago.
While they claim a full talk time etc what happens in reality is this --- There are some weird Value added services (VAS) which I am sure none of us would have heard about like "follow katrina khaif/follow SRK/bollywood masala/dating tips" and more such cr#p....which each prepaid subscriber gets automatically subscribed to without their knowledge even! and by default there is a "subscription fees’ that also gets automatically deducted from the available balance.
When I called up the customer service there are customer service "executives" who speak in rusty English and finally don’t resolve the issue... to add to that there is a per min fee for calling customer service too! Can u believe this cr@p? this happens only with Tata...
I have another 3 Airtel connections and I see a ocean of difference in their integrity & customer service...What TATA Docomo is doing is Plain cheating...nice way to make some quick money in a competitive telecom services market!
