Network- I live in haryana and in my city it has good network but not as it works faster. It 2g service is worse and 3g tusometimes acts as 2g network. I wanna share my personal experience with Tata Docomo sim network I had a net pack active on my sim and I went to delhi just after entering in delhi its network lost and changes to some other mobile operator network like vodafone, airtel according to area vise and cost much more calling charges than usual and net pack also did not work after 2-3 days my net pack ends and I recharge for another one it get activate but did not work because I am in delhi so I have to mange with my second sim of other mobile operator. Whn I came back to haryana the net pack started work but monthly validity started when it activate.
Customer Service- It is good but I did not get satisfaction from its customer service. Hard to connect and get solution of problems due to network.
Charges and Billing- Charges are low but network is lower. Provide network in low charges than other network providers.
