This is Sugandh Kumar. This is respect to my Chennai tata docomo number 08015124954. On 28th or 27th of December whilst I was roaming in Wet Bengal circle, some amount of rs 10 was deducted twice without a satisfactory reason being provided. As I was outside and had no access to customer care I choose not to recharge my account fearing of further deductions.
On 9th of January 2013, upon coming to home circle, I recharged with a coupon of rs10. But some amount of rs 6.78 was reduced regarding some crap VAS service which I did not activate. This is to remind u that this automatic Vas activation is happening 2nd time on my number. Until now I had not registered in DND only to gain access to recharge offers but now I would definitely activate it. Most important I have been a loyal tat customers because of its true billing policies and no crappy deductions like reliance and other telecom service providers. I used to insist on referring tata to al my relatives and friends. But now you people are breaking the trust.
Tata is not the same telecom service provider.But now they are saying like no return of balance after 48 hours.Nice way of cutting down an innocent customers pocket. 1st of all they will deduct balance. then u cant customer care call wont connect. Mail would go unanswered. U cant do much about it.
