Substandard network connection and customer servi

I was having BSNL Connection, as BSNL had to remove their tower as their lease period got expired inturn we had to face signal problem. I had to switch to other network n I chose TATAOCOMO as they were back of me for taking connection. From the day one I am facing sever network problem to my bad luck TATADOCOMO signal is worse than BSNL.


Whenever we call their customer care, they take our compliant and give some dead line which is never met. Again we have to register new compliant as they are not competent in solving problems. They happily sleep. On constantly following up, they assured us that they will take three months to solve as they have to erect new tower.


It has been six months and they still say the same that they will solve our problem in three months. Worst part is that their customer guys, say about 15 to 20 people will call you and each one of them repeat the same question  like what our problem and assure us it will be done in days’ time. These people are bent upon to spoil the name of TATA.


Their service n network is the worst. I don’t advice anybody to go for Tata Docomo.
