Tata Docomo is become a worst telecom service provider in India. Prior to this I enjoyed their services with low charges and I am using this service till from 6 years back.
But from now they started charges for roaming for Maharashtra SIM card users who are in Mumbai. I don’t have any problem if they are charging the roaming cost but at least they have to inform us or any of tata Docomo service users that they will not avail the facility of special recharge.
I done to many special recharges till from last week and it get wasted so finally I tried to contact their customer service and told about my problem so he just told me sorry we will inform you next time but what about our previous recharges which I have already done they are also wasting so I told him to transfer my call to senior member but he didn’t even listen to me and phone get cut down. I personally suggest don’t use this service who don’t even provide you a better solutions to your problems.
