I am a regular customer of Tata Docomo. I am using Postpaid plan since 5 months without any problem. But from 1st August 2G internet speed become 8 to 10 kbps only.
I have already register complaints 3 to 4 time but all time them response are different. When I did live chat, chat representative told me the average speed would be 32-48 kbps while I am receiving only 8-10 kbps & customer care executive told me that as per your plan speed would be 0-8 kbps only.
So guys don’t use Tata Docomo because it’s service is worst.
