Tata Docomo provided break through in telecom market for providing 1 paise/second. After them many offered the same plan of 1 paise / second. But Tata Docomo much ahead of all, since it offers same charges on roaming too.
There had been complaints about the network coverage but still its a best deal. Those who don’t talk much for them Rs 100 recharge is sufficient and Rs 300/- for those who talks more.
But overall I found it to be best tariff plan as compared to others. After talking for long duration you will always feel that you spent less. For example, if you talk for half an hour you will spend Rs 17/- only.
