I am an Tata Docomo user from Mumbai. I will be rating tata docomo on various basis out of 10. First of all talking about Network it scores 8/10 as it gives a good network as compared to other Indian mobile network provider.
Call Rates-: 8/10, the standard call rates are 1.2 paise/sec which I feel its good who don’t make long calls, but you can change the rates as you want. GPRS-: 5/10, it sucks while coming to internet speeds.
have got very bad experience using tata docomo for internet conectivity. Recharges-: 9/10, here’s the place where it scores high, because they have introduced many cheap ( in terms of money) to high end plans which are good and value for money. Costomer Care-: 9/10, Care Centres-: 6/10. So, rate of Tata Docomo’s service by looking at all this will be 7/10. I would suggest not to buy Tata Docomo as their are many good service provider’s in the market.
