About network coverage.
Very poor signal even though it has only 2G also. Very poor signal where ever you go. Very low network coverage all over India. When you are in travel really this is sim not so useful. Because it has very less signal, network coverage.
About customer service.
They have very poor customer service although they are the least position in the mobile network market place. Tata DoCoMo have hired unprofessional customer care. They don’t know how to talk with a customer.
About charges and billings
In the charges tata docomo have impressed the customer with the low charges but it has only 2G thats very poor and very disappointment to the customers.
