I was charged Rs 100 from my tata docomo account by a third party service provider. How can docomo give them money from my account without my consent? When I called up customer care from Bangalore some guy called "Manikanta" Picked up the call and was very rude. He said you might have clicked some link while browsing that is why you got charged. But I usually do not browse from my phone I just download apps and little Facebooking.
I asked them to provide the url which charged me this amount then he went back foot and said I cant disclose you that. I mean what the hell? When I asked him if this service is being provided by Tata Docomo then he said No... How can a third party charge money from me from my docomo account? I mean I keep balance in my account to call people its not for Tata Docomo to distribute it to third party vendors.
In general also its a pain to call from Tata Docomo Number and my friends also complain that they have to try my number 5-6 times before it connects. Also Tata Docomo customer care gives pathetic service, the execs are rude and start screaming when you push to limits. If you are soft spoken they probably wont let you speak.
I also had bad experience with Tata Photon Plus internet dongle and I sold it to somebody because the customer service was very bad but I will write that review in "Tata Photon" section.
I think I will not use Tata Teleservices products in future. They are not just upto the mark in Customer Service segment. I am planning to change the service provider very soon if they dont keep up with time.
